What Winning Looks Like
- Contribute to the achievement of the HR and IT functions by effectively and efficiently managing the implementation and support of Paycom
- Support HR functional business processes including Performance, Compensation, Talent, Learning, etc. by introducing leading technology solutions within Paycom.
- Perform feasibility studies, translate requirements into appropriate designs, define application scope and objectives, prepare proposals, and implement technology solutions that align with HR objectives.
- Manage resources and tasks, develop contingencies, adjust scope, monitor the project status, control project plans, delegate responsibilities, manage costs and provide feedback throughout the system development lifecycle.
- Directly supervise and coach project team members, as well as conduct the performance review process for direct reports.
- Keep up-to-date on HR information systems trends and business models.
Skills needed to win
- Greater than 5 years of IS/IT experience in business application design and/or systems development, including implementation and configuration of software as a service (SaaS) platforms. (Paycom implementation experience is most desired.)
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience in personnel supervision and career development.
- Experience with HR business process automation through HRIS platforms such as Paycom (most preferred), Workday, Taleo, or ServiceNow HRSD
- Demonstrated project management skills, including defining, organizing, planning, and executing projects throughout technology deployments.
- Extensive analytical abilities and technical skills to evaluate alternative approaches and to recommend the most feasible and economical solutions.
- Proven ability to design application solutions using the appropriate systems architecture, structures, and network technologies.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and effectively participate in cross-functional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex technical concepts in audience-appropriate terms.
