What are the responsibilities and job description for the Housekeeper position at Randall Residence?
Our newest family-owned senior living location in Centerville is growing and we are looking for a dedicated, driven, compassionate, and reliable Housekeeper just like you to join our housekeeping team! The ideal candidate will be a self starter, highly organized, have the ability to adapt to change, and a desire to provide the highest level of service to our residents.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure our very high standards of cleanliness throughout our community, including (but not limited to) resident apartments and all common areas. As such, our ideal candidate will:
- Be highly dependable and reliable
- Be organized and efficient
- Maintain assigned areas and housekeeping carts in an orderly and attractive manner
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the interior and exterior of the community, keeping a watchful eye for any issues that require immediate attention
- Interact with residents and visitors in a friendly and courteous manner, providing assistance as requested
- Possess a positive attitude and a sincere desire to help our residents live their best lives possible
- Attend and participate in-service training programs to meet state regulations
- Have one year of relevant working experience but are willing to train the right person
- Follow all applicable federal and state laws pertaining to assisted living communities
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check
- This is a full-time position. Typical hours are generally Monday - Friday, 8:30 am-5:00 pm
