What are the responsibilities and job description for the Prosecutor's Receptionist/Caseworker position at Randolph County Auditor?
Duties are to greet office visitors and answer phones. Schedule appointments for attorneys and investigators. Perform some victim services such as sending victim notification letters and relaying case status to victims. Other duties include preparation of subpoenas and e-filing legal documents. Eventual duties will include preparation of juvenile court documents. Applicant must be able to receive and keep confidential information from law enforcement agencies regarding criminal investigations.
Requirements:
Minimum High School Education
Must pass a criminal background check
Good communication skills with co-workers, public, courts, police officers and other county offices
Computer skills and the ability to learn new programs
Experience with Microsoft programs a plus
Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume atmosphere
Willing to attend trainings (both in-person and online)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,867.20 per year
