Collections Coordinator

Due to growth, our North Shore client is expanding and hiring a Call Center Collector to join their team. This person will handle communication with healthcare providers and customer inquiries when appropriate. If you are looking for a casual work environment with great growth potential, inquire below!

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will be comfortable on the phone and have experience in either a call center, customer service or consumer collections environment.

The consumer collections specialist will be have responsibilities that include calling and emailing consumer clients with past due accounts and setting up payment plans.

Candidate must possess excellent computer skills (Word, Excel) and have excellent communication skills.
