- 1 Year experience in a lab, or similar experience
- Familiarity with pH testing, viscosity, scale & volume measurements is a plus
shift: Second
work hours: 1:30 PM - 10 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
- Performs various tests to ensure product compliance to quality standards
- Prepare various recipes & formulations in a small scale kitchen
- Works with various products such as icing, fillings, glazes, and etc…
- Maintains documentation related to testing, recipes, and formulations
- Will maintain ingredient inventory and product samples
- Must adhere to good manufacturing practices and food safety policies
- Will clean and sanitize QA/R&D test kitchen, equipment, and utensils
- Observe production to ensure compliance of QA standards are applied
- working in a smoke free environment
- working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
- working weekends
