PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR

• Lead, train, and supervise production staff to ensure the smooth operation of manufacturing processes.
• Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and optimize resource utilization.
• Monitor and maintain product quality by conducting regular inspections and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and promote a culture of safety among team members.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as engineering, logistics, and quality control, to optimize workflow and meet production objectives.
• Address any performance issues and provide feedback, coaching, and development opportunities to team members.
• Maintain production records and reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate production efficiency and make data-driven decisions.

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
