What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director, Staffing position at Randstad US?

This is an ON-SITE position and is not open to remote.

What you need to bring:
- Proven track record of selling and growing B2B accounts and leading others
- 5 years staffing industry experience
- At least 2 years of branch leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Success using both analytics and relationships to drive results
- History of leading and growing a team
- Comfort in a position with major impact opportunity
- Passion to be “a coach on the field” and teach others by doing
- Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
