Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for powder coating painting technique and product quality, ensuring that quality product is produced within time restrictions. The candidate should be familiar with developing powder gun setting and documenting them to
maintain consistent coating thickness, color and appearance. Cosmetic part quality is critical.
The essential functions of this role include:
- wearing steel toe shoes
- working in a non-temperature controlled environment
- manual lifting up to 50lbs
- standing for 8 hours at one time
Skills
- Powder Coating (1 year of experience is required)
- Painting (3 years of experience is required)
- Sprayers (3 years of experience is required)
- Production (1 year of experience is required)
- Quality Assurance (1 year of experience is required)
- Machine Setup and Operation (1 year of experience is required)
