Responsibilities

• Identifies continuous improvement opportunities, completes continuous improvement cards and owns/supports implementing the identified improvements
• Trained to intermediate and some more critical/advanced processes
• Able to recognize problems or quality concerns and understands the impact to product quality.
• Has a basic awareness and very limited use of the electronic systems used in operations
• Cross-trained across multiple work cells/lines, takes advantage of opportunities to broaden their cross-training and quickly learns new processes
• Willing and able to train others on basic intermediate-level processes
