Account Care Educator

Randstad is currently looking for amazing and experienced Health Care Professionals for a high level customer service health care account management educator. In this role you will be responsible for maintaining your own territory, managing account holders, become experienced with product knowledge, and handle escalations, and educate the providers on all products. There are multiple shifts in this role starting between 8 AM -11 AM. This will be 3 months on site with the agility to possibly work remote after! This is also based on performance and hitting your specific KPI's. $25.50 an hour. $500 90 bonus for completing training will be provided. $500 Success bonus after 180 days!  Start date will be 9/18

Responsibilities

• Speak with doctors offices and field team (FRM) (FACE OF THE PROGRAM) • Territory coverage broken up with 2 PAS to each 50 ACE, 5 extra ACEs • Country broken up in 50 territories – they are SME for that territory • Escalations, account management • High customer service, communicates well, account manager, organized • Handle all inbound calls, better know Billing & Coding • Working denials. Denials cost the doc office money
