Responsibilities
- Assist especially when they are on the road with their quotes, emails and voicemails
- Enter sales orders
- Quoting and responding within a timely manner in accordance with the current policy
- Responding to general knowledge questions
- Sending brochures, specs, install instructions, pictures, gifts, etc. to customers
- Reserving buckets for customers that need serial numbers prior to submitting a PO or for pre-pay customers
- Logistically coordinate any shipments requiring a third-party carrier (Bid Out)
- Any revisions to orders after the packet has gone out needs to have a revision sheet attached to the packet. You must go out and attach it.
