Leader in procuring, planning, and fulfilling made-to-print components required for today’s critical applications and services Original Equipment Manufacturers through the Midwest. Seeking a candidate with an energetic attitude, integrity, and professionalism to be part of a Finance team. Located in Stow, OH, the ideal candidate will be responsible for performing financial analysis, accounting and administrative duties by processing invoices, transactions, and expenses as well as updating the accounting database.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities

Part-Time AP/AR in Stow. Need to have a Associates/Bachelors with a concentration in Accounting

• 10-20 hours a week.
• $22 an hour
• M-F 8-5 during training and then hours are very flexible afterward.
• Need to be comfortable in Excel
• Some background in accounting software (quick books enterprise, sage 50 or 100, SAP) is extremely helpful.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in Distribution Financial Management; Supply Chain/Operations analysis for
• Warehousing, Freight, etc.
• Complete daily accounting duties including Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables and Inventory.
• Process invoices, daily transactions and expenses
• Month-end close – Major Account reconciliation, assist in preparation of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and other month-end reports.
• Salesperson expense and credit card reconciliation
• Assist in Identification of financial risks (actual or potential) to the business and propose mitigation plan to the Management team.
