This AP role handles everything from reconciling expenses for various departments and managers, corporate overhead, and company credit card management. This process would allow for a proper two week notice, but they want to interview within 5 days.

Responsibilities
- Reconcile online bank accounts and corporate credit card statements
- Track, enter, and reclassify monthly expense
- Enter monthly client charges and replenish Patent & Trademark deposit account
- Process monthly medical, dental, life and LTD insurance premiums
- Process all petty cash charges/reimbursements
- Enter daily wires (vendor payments and bank transfers)
