Accounts Payable Specialist

Clean tech energy services company is growing and has an exciting opportunity to add an accounts payable specialist to their team.  This is a culture you'll want to be a part of with growth opportunities and offers excellent benefits with United Healthcare, 2 weeks PTO, and 401k with 3% match.  Looking for a go getter who has solid accounting foundation who they can invest in and grow with them.  

salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8:30 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable

• Three way matching,
• Processing invoices into system including GRN matching,
• Cutting checks to vendors,
• Reviewing payable statements,
• Handling vendor payment inquiries,
• Processing the monthly AP accrual,
• Process and review the expense reports,
• Process and review the credit card statements,
• Vendor Set Up,
• ACH / Wire process.
• Reconcile GRN and deposit accounts
• 1099 Year-end filing process. 
• Bank Reconciliations
• Assist Month-End Close
• Fixed Assets
• Journal Entries
