salary: $15 - $20 per hour

Responsibilities

• Review, investigate, and resolve chargeback/dispute claims by working with Quality Control, salesperson, and /or clients.
• Process quality claims/returned goods Credit Memo forwarded from QC; verifying that the investigation report, inspection report, receiving report, RGA form and all other pertinent documentation are attached.
• Follow-up with QC to confirm that open quality claims/deductions are resolved.
• Follow-up with QC to confirm that RGA items received for the month are processed as appropriate (i.e. - Credit Memo, Re-invoiced correctly if re-shipped, carried in RGA inventory, etc).
• Process NF deductions, and miscellaneous other Credit Memos monthly.
• Verify monthly that all chargebacks on Factor Statements and NF deductions have been issued Credit Memos or labeled as "unresolved" and are under investigation.
• Collection via verbal and/or written communication(s) of invalid deductions.
• Review NF Credit Memo's for approval.
