- He/she will be helping to manage 2 agile teams working on the UPS ACMT project.

Managing timelines, identifying issues
- Candidate will be tasked with looking through teams to ensure nothing new has come in from vendors and that there are no changes.
- Attending (but not running) stand ups
- Ensuring everything between the 3 teams are running smoothly. Identify any issues/problems and bring them to Wai for resolution or collaborate to provide a resolution themselves.
- Responsible for creating internal team building activities and exercises.
- Deployment of new vendor application, transitioning to maintenance and support (2 teams work on this vendor application, mission critical)
- Asking the question - how do we improve quality of life for the team all around?
