2023 is here, and so is the new Finance and Accounting Division at Randstad! Our specialized team is looking for experienced AP/AR Specialists that may be looking to make a move from their current job, looking to get back in the workforce, or may simply be moving into the Orlando and surrounding area. If you have at least 2 years experience working in AP and AR, we would love to talk with you about your experience and what you are looking for in your next position.

salary: $19 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

• Create invoices according to company practices, submit invoices to customers
• Code such items as invoices and expense reports
• Confirm incoming invoices are matched to PO with all supporting documentation.
• Ensure correct coding for payment.
• Reconcile statements and accounts for accuracy and timely payments.
• Communication with Customers related to AP via phone and email.
• Assists multiple locations with purchasing issues.
• Investigate and resolve problems associated with processing of invoices and purchase orders.
• Assist Office/Accounting Manager and Senior Management when needed.

Skills

• Basic Accounts Receivable (3 years of experience is preferred)
• AP (3 years of experience is preferred)
• AR (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Invoices (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Bank Reconciliations (3 years of experience is preferred)
• SAP
• Concur
• Billing (3 years of experience is preferred)
