AP Distribution Coordinator

This international company is looking to add to its accounting team. Open seat within its large and growing AP department. Looking for experience with ACH/Wire transfers as well as an analytical mindset. Will be responsible for processing money for individual clients depending on individual banking instructions. ACH/Wire transfer experience is a must, GL balancing, reconciliations, vendor relations.  Located in Ponte Vedra, Fl. This is a hybrid role- 2 days in office/ 3 remote. 

salary: $50,000 - $52,000 per year

Responsibilities

• • Review and update players’ banking instructions
  • Review players’ payment that are on hold and process once bank instructions have been provided/updated
  • Review and reconcile tournament’s prize money workbook
  • Distribute final reconciliation to regional Tournament Relations staff and Challenger Team
  • Enter payments into SAGE 100 (accounting software) to ensure GL account is balanced
  • Initiate prize money payments to the players via upload to the bank
    • Ensure no payments are issued to sanctioned banks
  • Process prize money refunds to ATP Tournaments and Challengers once bank instructions have been provided via secured link
  • Communicate with Player Relations Team and Tournaments regarding players’ prize money payment status
