Duties:
- Cross trained in multiple work centers (e.g. Final Assembly, Sub Assembly, Feeder Bay, Preship, NPI, etc...)
- Trains other assemblers on specific job functions
- Models continuous improvement behaviors for peers
- Write NCI’s and escalate issues to engineering
- Completes rework independently using appropriate equipment
- Provides documented feedback on work instructions through redline process
- Performs leak check with assistance
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 48 per week
