Assembly Technician-Night Shift

RandstadUSA is looking for an Assembly Technician to join our team in one of today’s most exciting technologies.  This role will report to the Manufacturing Supervisor and based in Newark Delaware.  Option for Instant Pay is available, Pay day is weekly on Friday, and pay up to $45K with Overtime per year!

salary: $17 - $19.25 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 7 PM - 5:30 AM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

• Perform complex and advanced assembly of products according to established specifications and instructions.
• Select proper materials from kit carts to complete standard work.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement ideas and 5S principles.
• Use designated inspection equipment to inspect completed work.
• Use various machines and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks.
• Maintain equipment and performs preventive maintenance when required.
• Ensure efficiency and productivity by evaluating and modifying production processes and/or equipment.
• Periodically checks products per company policy to ensure quality; resolves any identified problems, and alerts appropriate chain of command.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Could be required to travel to other Bloom facilities within the Delaware locations.
• Other duties as assigned.

The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 45lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
