Responsibilities

• Support and monitor timely processing of all consumer accounts involved in all chapters of bankruptcy and mitigate risk by adhering to all policies and procedures and state and federal regulations.
• Perform routine administrative, operational and transactional tasks relating to bankruptcy, foreclosure and repossession.
• Communicate and receive direction from Bankruptcy Specialist.
• Interact with all levels of management, attorneys, internal and external customers and court personnel.
