Bilingual Trainer

Do you enjoy teaching others and consider yourself a people person? Do you like being able to work from various locations? We are looking for an organized and experienced Trainer to complete a contract role with a leading flooring company. The trainer will be responsible for teaching subject matter and will be evaluating employees progress throughout training.  The ideal candidate will be bilingual and a confident speaker who enjoys seeing others grow.   

salary: $25 - $30 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High` School



Responsibilities

• Develop a schedule to assess training needs
• Conduct training through new materials
• Test and review created materials
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Track and compile collected data
• Review employee performance and learning
