Responsibilities
- Proactively answer billing queries with the direct team and prepare analyses as required.
- Support billing teams to ensure invoices and credit notes are timely, accurate, and complete.
- Gather, analyze, and communicate monthly billing summaries and closing reports for customers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy.
- Distribute team weekly responsibilities and address follow-up questions/requests (Internal & External).
- Analyze claims invoices, follow up on any issues or mistakes and resolving when necessary.
- Ensure all clients' issues are resolved and addressed according to company policy in a timely manner.
- Use problem-solving skills to develop solutions and procedures to improve workflow process.
- Promote development and growth within the team.
- Maintain a good team cohesion through verbal and written communications.
- Manages direct reports: hires, trains, motivates, and evaluates team members.
