Blender Operator

salary: $22.56 - $22.57 per hour
shift: Third
work hours: 6 PM - 6 AM
education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

• Safe, effective, and efficient setup, operation, and cleaning (MSS) of multiple blending machines
• Effectively and efficiently operate two to three blend areas including: ESL blending, asceptic blending, semi-bulk blending, tri-blender, staging, and HTST processing
• Follow all company SOPs and policies
• Handle all equipment, materials, and chemicals efficiently and safely at all times
• Responsible for maintaining quality standards of all products
• Consistently meet production needs and goals while making efforts to minimize product shrink
• Conduct basic troubleshooting of all blending equipment and processes; contact maintenance when necessary
• Hold all necessary certifications for safe equipment use
• Accurately complete all required paperwork and X3 transactions in a timely manner
