Box Assembler

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry, woodworking, or related field, with a focus on assembling and constructing wooden structures.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to execute precise designs.

strong proficiency in using carpentry tools such as saws, drills, sanders, and measuring equipment.

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.

strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and project stakeholders.

Prior experience in closet design, cabinetry, or furniture assembly is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assemble and construct various components, including shelves, drawers, and cabinets, based on design specifications provided by our closet designers.

Work with other team members to ensure the timely completion of projects and meet production targets.

Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making necessary adjustments to ensure they adhere to our high standards.

Collaborate with designers and project managers to discuss design modifications or improvements.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring that tools and materials are properly stored and maintained.

Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure and hazard-free working environment.

Utilize carpentry tools and equipment to cut, shape, and assemble wooden materials with precision and efficiency.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• manual lifting up to 40lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
