Business Execution Consultant

 Are you interested in advancing your career with one of the Big Four Banks in the United States?  Our client is a Fortune 500 Financial Services Company and they are hiring a       Business Execution Consultant to work  in their Chandler location. As a  Business Execution Consultant you will be supporting forecasting and invoicing resources for the remediation team. If you have 5 years of experience Data Analysis, implementation, or strategic planning in a Banking or Finance Environment then this is the role for you.  

salary: $55 - $58 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelor

Responsibilities

As a Business Execution Consultant job duties include:

• Invoice processing and reconciliation.
• Complete the service provider management form and aggregate the data across the program level &  report results during monthly forum.
• Build 3rd party oversight workbooks specific to each remediation & showcase how the vendor is doing on all levels.
• Manage, build, coordinate 3rd party system tools/ reporting while managing reporting & technical process. 
• Manage user access platforms related to 3rd party systems of records.

Skills:

• 5 years of experience in Data Analysis, implementation, or strategic planning in a Banking or Finance Environment.
• Direct experience with Invoice Processing and reconciliations in a corporate environment.
• MS Office - Advanced Excel with VLOOKUPS, Pivots and Macros, SharePoint, Visio and Tableau.
• Proven ability to reconcile various types of data sets, EG, invoices, validation results.
• Knowledge evaluating risks during reporting, validation, and processing.
