Our client in the Foodservice Industry is looking for a Business Integration Analyst to join their team. This position is designed to execute Customer Business Integrations for customers that work with the client's standard integrations. The ideal candidate will have around 5 years of BA experience, preferably in the eCommerce industry.
location: Tempe, Arizona
job type: Contract
salary: $40 - 45 per hour
work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors
responsibilities:
- Review project assigned for potential gaps and/or missing requirements necessary to fulfill the business request.
- Manages their Dashboard daily and update accordingly.
-Deactivating integrations in all systems when needed.
-Notify appropriate teams internally as needed based on specific project needs.
-Documents project extracts, company, and contact records.
-Maintain and protect customer relationships with excellent customer service.
-Document completed projects in application and distribute material to customers, internal departments, sales training, update applications/systems required.
-Provide support for implementation.
-Development and user test customer business integrations credentials, formats, data flow for production and successful delivery to the end user.
