You are answering calls from GM employees who are having issues with equipment or office. Basic example, someone calls you to have them replace their burnt out light bulb in their office. You submit an order ticket for someone to replace the light. Basic computer skills needed, must speak professionally! Interested candidates would need to conduct a face to face interview with client.
