Casting

We are looking for temp to hire candidates for a client in Sweetwater, TN. These candidates should have prior experience in industrial labor, available for 1st shift and willing to work for 90 days at $16 or $17 per hour.  This positon averages 40-50 hours each week without working Sat and Sunday. No weekend work is required.  This is typically a hands on position. Work in chemicals, dust, resin, aggregate and other materials is required.  Candidates for this job would be expected to have the capacity to stand for up to 10 hours intermittently and lift up to 50lb intermittently for up to 10 hours.

Responsibilities

This positon is a manual process in which one will follow instructions, mix and cast molds. Molds are then assembled, stored and shipped.



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
