salary: $45,760 - $49,920 per year
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 5 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
The CDL Driver is tasked with the safe delivery of store deliveries ensuring that all cargo is unloaded
Completing Driver Day Log sheet, DVIR and internal paperwork
Perform daily Pre and Post Trip inspection
Complete Driver Daily Logs (ELD)
Must be able to drive as needed
Delivery routes are intrastate same day delivery and return
Move pallets from inside the trailer to inside store
Deliver pallets into the store with electric jack or manual pallet (18 to 30 pallets per trailer)
Pallets weight in excess of 1,500 to 2,500 pounds
Use a Lift gate
Make all deliveries within a timeframe to each store on the daily route
Assist stores with their deliveries
Bring merchandise into store and place where Store Manager requests
If needed breaking down of pallets
Maintain a clean Truck and Trailer
Comply with applicable state, federal, and FHP & DOT regulations
SkillsCDL A License (2 years of experience is preferred)
