claims specalist

Randstad is looking for a Claims Specialist to join a growing company in the Deerfield Beach area. This is a PERMANENT position with our client. This position will pay $17-$22/hr. The schedule is Monday to Friday from 8am-5:30pm. Our client is looking to bring on the right candidate IMMEDIATELY. Responsibilities

• Serves as the primary resource for EMS appointment setting, dispatching, and scheduling.
• Assists in organizing, tracking and maintaining logs on company vehicles on Licenses, Certifications, and Continuing Education for all members and entities
• Acts as liaison between in-house claims personnel, technicians and specialists as needed.
• Communicates with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner.
• Works with partners on special cases/problem claims. Resolves customer experience service issues.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
• Weekend hours are required for this position
