Direct Hire - We are currently in search of a CNC programer on 1st shift in the Lake County IL area. 1st shift Monday - Friday. Experience in MasterCam and Solidworks along with creating DXF. drawings required. Job Duties:

• Develop models and CNC programs for various tools, engineering samples and prototype parts, fabricate new tools and components, production programs, jaws, fixturing, etc.

• Design and program sanding fixtures for various die cast and aluminum parts.

• Design and program various assembly fixtures and replacement fixtures.

• Program, Setup and ability to run complex aluminum components.

• Ability to troubleshoot problematic scenarios associated with programming projects.

Responsibilities

 Develop models and CNC programs for engineering samples and prototype
parts.
 Program CNC to fabricate new tools and components.
 Create CNC production programs, jaws, fixturing, etc.
 Design and program sanding fixtures for various die cast and aluminum parts.
 Design and program various assembly fixtures and replacement fixturing.
 Create .DXF drawings for outside service work (wire EDM, etc.)
 Program, Setup and ability to run complex aluminum components.
 Ability to troubleshoot problematic scenarios associated with programming
projects.
