The Contract Analyst assists in the preparation, review, and analysis of contracts. Working with various departments, the CA projects business outcomes for new and renewed contracts and ensures compliance with corporate policies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee all contracts including Physician Employment, Physician Services, professional services, leases, and vendor contracts
- Prepare, review, and analyze contracts and related documents
- Project business outcomes for contract renewals and new agreements
- Identify opportunities to improve contract terms and conditions
- Assist with negotiating contract terms as directed by the VP of Finance
- Ensure all physician payments are accurate, compliant, and supported by current contracts
- Maintain the electronic contract database and manage contract workflow
- Adhere to confidentiality and corporate compliance standards
What you'll have :
- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of contract management / contract administration experience
- Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel - create formulas, pivot tables, graphs, grouping, link workbooks)
- Negotiating skills, analytical, able to understand legal language
- Organizational skills, detail-oriented and strong communication skills
