Seeking an experienced and highly motivated Creative Project Manager. This is a direct hire opportunity to be part of an industry leader in delivering office products and solutions! Position located in Framingham, MA.
Job Summary:
As a Creative Project Manager, you will oversee a team of creative talent and the end-to-end creative development process for multiple media campaigns, including creative planning, inventory management, and delivery. You will lead and manage multiple external creative agency team members, ensuring high quality output and timely completion of projects.
Job Responsibilities:
-Oversee end to end process for creative projects, including planning, production, tagging, approval, and delivery.
-Review briefs, drive creative development, and develop and implement creative guidelines and standards.
-Manage and oversee creative agency partners and resources to establish expectations, develop design templates, provide status updates, hand off project deliverables, field feedback, and execute creative projects.
-Create and maintain project schedules for all assets from brief through delivery
-Organize and leverage all creative assets and inventory.
-Improve and document creative templates, processes, and project forms to optimize offerings and campaign delivery.
-Work cross-functionally with Advertising Operations, Product Strategy, and Sales & Partnership teams to create and streamline creative development process.
-Manage budgets, timelines, and work process flow for all creative projects.
-Ensure that quality is of the highest standards and in line with brand standards.
Qualifications:
-Minimum of 5 years of experience in design or project management with a background in digital media, retail media, or other digital business preferred.
-Understanding of retail media: programmatic, managed service, on/offsite, in store- and associated measurement & reporting
-Experience working with creative agencies or contractors
-Familiarity with integrated marketing plans and creative asset briefs
-Proven success in building and leading people teams, as well as building/running sophisticated business process across multiple internal and external teams
-Excellent presentation, organization and project management skills
-A collaborative approach and the ability to triage needs across multiple stakeholders
-Highly organized and able to define & sequence strategic priorities
-Ability to manage deadlines & milestones across multiple simultaneous projects
-A strategic approach to execution, including an ability to identify process improvements
