CT Assembler

Proven experience soldering in very small areas using both 1inch and 1⁄2 inch diameter irons  Must be able to use very fine motor skills to complete delicate tasks  Knowledge of winding is a plus  Must be experienced with basic hand tools, using a tape measure, and ohmmeter to check resistors  Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds  Knowledge of the safe use of a drill press  Ability to mix Hysol expoy and use an oxygen acetylene torch

salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM
education: High` School

Responsibilities

 Wind small magnetic cores by hand
 Wrap winding and strip wires
 Measure value of resistors
 Install connectors on housing for CT
 Assemble product inside the housing, hand off for testing
 Solder the complete units and hand off for testing
 Prepare the finished unit for painting by sanding and cleaning



The essential functions of this role include:

working in a smoke free environment

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

manual lifting up to 50lbs

standing for 8 hours at one time
