Customer Service Rep

We are actively recruiting for an experienced customer service rep to join a growing team in West Grove, PA. This is a client of ours that specializes in the Manufacturing field, and are looking for someone with similar experience. Small, family owned company. The ideal candidate will have experience working with purchase orders, be very comfortable in Excel, and the ability to work independently. Responsibilities

• Processing customer orders and requests 
• Answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions.
• Handle customer complaints and manage the customer complaint process.
• Creating effective customer service procedures, policies, and standards.
• Developing customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting customer service activities.
