Responsibilities
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
Educating customers and dental professionals on eligibility, benefits, claims payment, and authorizations.
- Interpret and communicate accurate insurance coverage
- Assist providers by resolving coordination of benefits inquiries by analyzing patient activity (including enrollment, third party liability, and claims attachments)
- Provide direction on the usage and benefits of self-service tools
- Research assistance requested and consistently provide accurate information to resolve internal and external member and provider inquiries via verbal and written communications through all channels including phone, email, web portal, and chat interactions
- 2 yrs. of CSR experience in high call volume environment
- 1 medical and/or health Insurance experience
- Above market-level compensation at $18.00
- 100% Remote (Must live in CO)
- Free internet (up to $70.00)
