Our client, a leading financial services firm, is currently hiring for temp to hire roles for their financial call center. Training will be provided. Successful applicants will be highly professional, career driven and committed to world-class service. Randstad offers weekly pay, direct deposit and benefits! This is not a remote position, but you must be able to work remotely first 3 weeks of training.
salary: $19.16 - $19.17 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 6 AM - 10 PM
education: High School
Responsibilities
Pay: $19.17
1. Duration: At least a 6 months temp-hire
2. Hours: Must be flexible to work a shift Mon-Sun 6AM-10PM
3. This role will ONLY be remote for the first 3 week of training.
4. Call Center roles are NOT work from home/remote positions! 5.Candidates need to be 110% comfortable with either the possibility of working remote or onsite at any given time.
6 You will also need to have the proper remote capabilities (being the below).
Remote capabilities = a functioning computer (laptop or desktop – MAC or PC), reliable high speed internet, quiet workspace, and a phone line.
You will respond to calls with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency, while consistently meeting key department performance metrics. Functional support areas include cash management products and services, online (client website) and mobile app, and general account or financial related inquiries.
