Mid Level:
- Skills equiv. to 3-5 years in comparable position.
- Perform physical and/or logical data analysis.
- Will develop reporting from our HR applications and database.
- Required to have data analysis background.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, technical, cross-functional environment and be able to produce with minimal direction.
- Excel skills including high degree of expertise with variety of functions, e.g. pivot tables, vlookup, and how to select best fit solution for report requirement
- Ability to read and comprehend existing SQL scripting and to modify or create scripts from scratch
- Proven ability to quickly translate reporting requirements into reporting development while ensuring accuracy
- High degree of attention to detail, organization skills, and manage multiple tasks at once
- Ability to maintain high degree of confidentiality
- Proficiency with Excel macros, VBA, and or MS Access preferred
- Understanding of core HR functions preferred
