Data Entry Clerk

Our White Plains client is seeking a data entry clerk for a 2-3 months project to assist their team with clean up for their customer install base in their CRM system. This is an opportunity to work for a well known and respected company and to add experience to your resume. Below are the details:

• Length of position: Two to Three months beginning ASAP
• Hours: 8:30am-5pm- Hybrid Work Environment 
• The Covid vaccine is required for the position 
• Hourly Rate: $22
• This is an interview first position 

The Data Entry Clerk temporary position will be trained by 1-2 people from two different areas of the company. This role will be responsible for cleansing SAP CRM system.

Responsibilities

The key functions of the role include: 

-Reviewing of each install base for actions 

-Reviewing of CRM transactions for recently contacted people

-Engagement with others to collect contact information and update in the system as needed

-Consolidation and clean up of duplicate contact ID's - deleting and adjustment as needed

-Ability to ensure account relationships with the contact 

-Update of install base with all relevant contact ID's
