Data Entry

We are looking to hire a Entry Specialist to our team in Mendota Heights, MN with an AR background. This is an onsite role for the 1st 90 days and then will be hybrid 2 days a week from home.  Pay is $25-28/ hr and is a temp to hire position.  Must have ERP systems experience, great data entry skills and 10 key and be able to work on multiple software systems and able to handle a high volume of emails and invoicing.

Responsibilities

Data Entry

Sending invoices to customers

Working in an ERP system

Customer Service

Manage a high volume of customer accounts and outstanding balances.
Generate and distribute accurate and timely customer invoices.
Review and reconcile customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers regarding billing inquiries, payment reminders, and payment arrangements.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely resolution of customer payment issues.
Prepare and distribute regular accounts receivable reports to management.
Support the finance team with month-end closing activities and reporting.
