Deskside Support Analyst

job summary:
This position will involve troubleshooting, maintaining and managing workloads through computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system. Will be working in a brand new site. Will be delivering deskside computer support to onsite and remote colleagues in a courteous and professional manner. Develop solid relationships, demonstrate the ability to inspire trust, and maintain confidentiality to best understand and support executive-level needs.

responsibilities:
What you'll do on a typical day:

- Troubleshooting and Resolution of Tier 2/3 escalated technical issues

- Maintain and manage workload through computerized ITSM ticketing and tracking system.

- Deliver deskside computer support to onsite and remote colleagues in a courteous and

professional manner.

- Develop solid relationships, demonstrate the ability to inspire trust, and maintain confidentiality

to best understand and support executive-level needs.

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and networking issues on laptops, PCs, thin clients

and mobile devices.

- Execute duties through rotational services of deskside visits, phone troubleshooting, walk-in

center and tech depot fulfillment center.

- Maintain inventory of assets.

- Thorough Knowledge, Support, and Troubleshooting of AV, presentation, web conferencing and

teleconferencing equipment

- Ability to install, cable and troubleshoot projectors, large screen TVs, webcams, microphones,

and conferencing phones.

- strong printer troubleshooting and configuration including multifunction, laser, fax, barcode

label, dot matrix and high volume scanners.

- Support and Troubleshooting of Tablet Devices

- Support and Troubleshooting of Networked Printers, Tablet Devices, and Telephony Devices

- Advanced setup, troubleshooting, and configuration of Apple cell phones.

- Advanced printer troubleshooting and configuration including multifunction, laser, fax, barcode

label, dot matrix and high-volume scanners.
