job summary:
This individual will be engaged in assisting with cloud laptop as well as mobile upgrades across the organization. The process will involve a high level of end user interaction with various staff to understand and document the current users hardware, software, in order to move them to a cloud based solution.

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:
At least 5 years' combined experience in End User computing supporting Windows 7 and Windows 10
-Run asset inventory reports and communicate upcoming end user deployments
-Undertake device assessments and upgrades using predefined processes to ensure devices are available in line with the deployment schedule
-Work with Intune for deployments and asset management registration
-Provide post deployment end user support throughout the roll-out period
-Assist users data backup via OneDrive.
-Manage and update deployment tickets using ServiceNow.
-Assist with asset returns and reconciliation
