Responsibilities
- Perform service and maintenance on all makes and models of heavy-duty trucks.
- Use of OEM diagnostic software to perform repairs in line with dealer and manufacturer specifications.
- Perform heavy-duty engine swings, transmission replacements, air brake services and chassis repairs.
- In depth repair of engine and transmission related components (Training provided!)
- In-frame overhaul of heavy-duty Detroit engines to include gear train inspection, cylinder head replacement, piston and connecting rod replacement and main bearing replacement to factory specifications.
- Rebuilding of Allison transmissions in dedicated overhaul area.
- Operation of state of the art engine, transmission and chassis dynos to aid in diagnostics and ensure correct operation following repairs.
