Donor Services Representative

The Donor Services Representative I is responsible for providing high quality and efficient service (telephone and written) to existing donors and prospects.   A Donor Services Representative I will employ a personal and professional approach to attract prospects and retain donors while serving as a voice of the program and donors.  

• Ensures phone and email responsiveness by responding in a timely manner to incoming calls and correspondence from donors and prospects.
• Provides high quality and efficient service to donors and prospects by providing accurate information, engaging in active listening and presenting oneself in a non-judgmental and professional manner.
• Ensures all information gathered on account advisors and prospects is accurately entered in to our internal recordkeeping system (Gemini).
• Maintains and communicates a good level of donor-advised fund, tax and charitable giving knowledge.

salary: $21 - $22 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Bachelors

 Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
 Exceptional client-relation skills required.
 Ability to interact professionally with high net worth individuals as well as internal resources.
 Great attention to detail.
 Exceptional telephone etiquette and communication (oral and written) skills.
 Excellet organizational and time management skills.
 Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
 Flexibility and adaptability to changing work environments.
 Financial market and/or charitable giving experience a plus.
