responsibilities:
- Partner with product owner to execute on the product roadmap, work with cross functional teams to capture business req's and create artifacts
- As an IT BA will support large transformational projects via requirements workshops, gap analysis, process mapping, etc
- Lead clarification sessions to provide engineering, UAT and QA teams detailed requirements to develop and test against
- Trace requirements through the delivery lifecycle from definition to release
- Partner with UAT team members to ensure the product meets the business objectives and launch criteria

- College degree in an IT, Business Administration, Finance or similiar
- 3 years of work experience minimum in an IT BA role
- BA skills - visualizing, documenting and writing business requirements in the form of user stories
- Deep technical understanding and ability to communicat with highly technical teams
- Experience refining and clarifying requirements for both business and IT stakeholders by creating various artifacts such as process maps, wire frames, mockups etc
- Excellent communjication skills
- Ability to multi-task, yet stay organized, pay attention to detail, meet deadlines, and work in a high volume and fast paced environment
- 2 years working in Agile delivery framework
- Agile / scrum certification preferred though not mandatory
- Experience working with Azure DevOps or similar tools preferred
- 3 years of experience and knowledge of Dynamics 365 and experience supporting internal D365 users
- Overall MS Office products competency - outlook, excel, word, powerpoint
