Responsibilities
Calendar Management: Maintain and manage the schedules of our executives, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Proactively coordinate and manage time to optimize productivity.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication between the executive team and various departments. Handle phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with professionalism.
Document Management: Create, edit, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports as needed. Maintain organized records and file management.
Travel Coordination: Arrange travel plans, accommodations, and itineraries for executives, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Meeting Support: Assist in the preparation for meetings, including agenda creation, meeting materials, and follow-up action items. Attend and document meetings as required.
Data Analysis: Conduct research and gather data for various projects, reports, and presentations.
Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks, including ordering office supplies, managing office equipment, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
Special Projects: Collaborate with the executive team on ad-hoc projects, often requiring independent problem-solving and decision-making.
