A real estate development and investment company in Columbia, MD with 63 property locations across DC, Maryland and Virginia is looking for a direct hire, Facilities Coordinator to provide support and assist with the inspections of their 63 locations. The position is working M - F from 8 AM - 5 PM ON-SITE in Columbia, MD and is paying $40 - $50K annually depending on experience. **Seeking candidates who are reliable, professional and timely!** **TRAVEL WILL BE REQUIRED TO THEIR PROPERTY LOCATIONS IN AND AROUND THE DMV FOR SCHEDULED INSPECTIONS** **Background check required upon offer!** **Excel experience required**

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support by coordinating all facility-related inspections
- Scheduling and coordinating inspections for 63 property locations
- Assist in the creation and management of contracts
- Receive and process invoices
- Work with vendors
- Communication via phone, email and face to face
- Other duties as assigned/needed
