Fiberglass Roller

This posting is for a 1st shift fiberglass roller position at a concrete casting facility. Please read the entire postining for futher details:  Randstad Madisonville is now accepting candidates for lamination positions in Sweetwater, TN. These are hands on lam positions with manual and automated processes in a warm environment. This client hires for 1st & 2nd shifts with occasional variances and a high likelihood of overtime. Ideal candidates would be flexible with hours and days available to work. Shift could change during assignment or once talent goes perm. Pay on all 1st shifts is $16 per hour. Pay on all 2nd shift starts at $17 per hour. Shift hours are Monday-Thursday: 6am-4:30pm or 5pm-3:30pm. The possibility for overtime on Friday is very likely.  Applicants should have prior expeirence in fiberglass lamination.  The primary role of this position is to spray chopped fiberglass onto molds.  If you are interested, feel free to call our Madisonville office for more details @ 423/420-0645.

Responsibilities

This job is done primarily in a stationary standing or crouched position for 10 hours a day. Candidate is responsible for his/her work area and the functionality of the end product. The nature of the work makes for a dusty work environment. Pay on 1st shift starts at $16 and second shift starts at $17 per hour. Shift hours are Monday-Thursday: 6am-430pm or 5pm-330am



The essential functions of this role include:

wearing steel toe shoes

working in a non-temperature controlled environment

standing for 10 hours at one time

working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
