The individual in this role is responsible for leading the day-to-day activities that support all Financial Aid transactions and services. You will be responsible for properly projecting eligibility for any Title IV grants / loans, as well as providing affordable payment options with non-Title IV lenders and institutional loan options. You will have one financial officer under you that you will work closely with while collaborating with multiple departments to improve processes. **BACHELORS IS A MUST**
salary: $60,000 - $68,000 per year

Responsibilities
- Manage all financial aid back-end fund processing while staying within compliance and in accordance with federal and state law, and university policy
- Cross analyzes systems such as COD for any discrepancies in collaboration with the accounting team
- Originates and transmits all scholarship transactions to COD
- Responsible for maintaining a weekly statement and balance of federal funds received by the institution
- Closely monitors rejected cases of federal loans using rejection reports, ensuring reconciliation of rejected cases
- Prepares weekly reports for fund adjustments and cancellations
- Monitors and prepares daily ISIR reports for all campuses
- Assists with preparing the annual cash flow projects reports
- Provides support to the university for all internal and external audits
- Collaborates with multiple departments using effective communication to implement process improvements
- Performs other duties as requested
